~Customized orders are always welcome:

Made-to-order items: It is crucial you measure your wrist and inform me of the necklace length you desire. If you don't have a fabric measuring tape, a strip of paper or a string and a ruler will work just as well. there are several 'actual size' rulers available online if you don't have one at home. 

 

~Returns and exchanges:

 

I gladly accept exchanges and returns.

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

~Cancellations:

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to exchange an item I will be happy to honor that request for equal or more value less shipping costs.

Please contact me within 7 days after delivery to make arrangements for exchanges. Exchanged items must be in original condition, unused and unworn with original packaging. The buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you have any questions, or a concern please contact me right away by email or phone so that I may have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

Custom orders or orders that are customized per buyers request are non-refundable or returnable. Custom orders do not ship out until you give final approval of the design.
